This page explains who operates Felemenkçe Akademi, which seller you contract with, and the payment, withdrawal and refund terms.

1. Brand owner

Felemenkçe Akademi is a brand of Dutch Expat.

2. Two sellers, depending on your country of residence

Your contracting party depends on the country you live in. Prices on the site are shown in euros; the Turkish pages also show the approximate TL amount. The payment currency follows the same division.

For residents of other countries the seller is PCS Infra and EUR applies.

3. Sales process

There is no online payment on the website. Every product starts with a free level consultation; you then receive a written proposal with programme, schedule, seller and total price, plus an enrolment agreement. Payment is made in advance at enrolment, as stated in the agreement.

4. Class start condition

Live group courses start with at least 4 students; the target group size is 6-8. Until that number is reached, registered students are kept informed regularly and the start date is set accordingly. If the class cannot start, the student chooses between a full refund and a transfer to the next class; refunds are made within 14 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

Live courses and private lessons: for distance contracts you have the right to withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days of enrolment. If the course has started within that period at your express request, the value of the service already provided is deducted proportionally.

Digital content (video packages): the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses as soon as access starts with your express consent. You give that consent with a separate checkbox at purchase; before access starts the right of withdrawal applies in full.

For consumers in the Netherlands and Belgium, Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code and EU consumer rules apply; for consumers in Turkey, Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.

6. Official exam fees and certificates

Official exam fees (Naar Nederland, DUO, external exam providers) are not included in any course price and are paid by the candidate directly to the relevant institution. The Felemenkçe Akademi course certificate is not equivalent to an official language diploma and does not replace an official document in BIG, IND or DUO procedures.

7. Video access conditions

Personal account; up to 2 registered devices; one video session at a time; dynamic watermark; no downloads; access ends when the membership expires. Sharing an account breaches the agreement and may lead to termination of access. A changed IP address alone does not trigger an automatic permanent block.

8. Complaints

Submit complaints in writing to info@felemenkce.com; we reply in writing within 5 working days. If no solution is found, consumers in the EU may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform and consumers in Turkey may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

9. Intellectual property

Lesson videos, exercises and materials belong to Felemenkçe Akademi and may not be copied, shared or published beyond personal use. The book "Nederlands in gang" is the work of its publisher; our videos do not replace the book, which is purchased separately.
