Subject:Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit our website or request a level consultation, why we do so and what your rights are. The GDPR (EU) and the KVKK (Turkey) are both taken into account.
1. Controller
The controller depends on the country you live in:
- Netherlands, Belgium and other countries: PCS Infra (trading as Felemenkçe Akademi), KvK [KVK-NO], Rotterdam

2. Which data we process
Data you enter in the level consultation form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country of residence, goal, current level, preferred way of learning, programme of interest, your message.
Technical data processed automatically: IP address (short-term, to prevent abuse), browser and device type, time of page view. Measurement cookies are used only with your consent (see the cookie policy).
When you become a student: agreement, invoice and payment details, attendance and task records, level reports, device registrations and session data in the video portal (to prevent account sharing).
3. Why and on which legal basis
- Scheduling the level consultation and sending a proposal: pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); KVKK art. 5(2)(c)).
- Performing the course agreement and invoicing: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interest.
- Measurement cookies: your express consent.
4. Who we share data with
Your data is not sold. Limited to the processing purpose it may be shared with: our email and hosting provider, the live lesson platform (Zoom), the student portal and video hosting provider, accounting and payment service providers, and our CRM system. Transfer to Dutch Expat happens only with your consent. For transfers outside the EU the EU standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards are used; for the Turkish controller the KVKK rules on international transfers apply.
5. Retention periods
- Level consultation requests that do not lead to an agreement: 12 months.
- Course agreement, invoices and accounting records: 7 years in the Netherlands (fiscal retention duty), 10 years in Turkey.
- Level reports and attendance records: 3 years after the course ends (for keurmerk audits and document requests).
- Security logs (IP): 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability; consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time. Send requests to info@felemenkce.com; we reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands) or the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu (Turkey).
7. Children
Our services are aimed at adults aged 18 and over; the children's segment is out of scope at launch.
